This program will assess your current level of customer service through brief interviews with key staff members as well as observation of your clinic at work. We then tailor a one-half to full-day Customer Service Training program for your entire staff. This program is uplifting and produces phenomenal results. We will then monitor your level of customer service over the next six to twelve months through patient and customer satisfaction surveys. These results will be provided to you in a format that you can utilize as a marketing and sales tool to your potential customers.

The standard fee for this program is $15,000-$25,000.
