About Us
Martin Acquisitions Group was created to bring to both buyers and sellers its founder’s unique vision of how to transfer healthcare equity for maximum post-tax value. We position companies to make great deals.

Achieving “Investment Value"
Our goal is to assure that our clients achieve “investment value”, not just a fair market price.

This vision is the outgrowth of Paul Martin's outstanding personal track record as an aggressive and innovative healthcare entrepreneur.

The Martin Record: Healthcare M&A Specialist

Paul was the founder of the successful outpatient rehabilitation company, Physical Therapy and Sports Services, P.C.

As PTSS’s CEO, Paul acquired capital to build the company to revenues of $15 million annually. He then carried out a pre-determined and defined acquisition strategy. And, finally, he personally negotiated the company’s sale to rehab giant NovaCare Inc. in 1996.

Subsequently, NovaCare utilized Paul and his expertise to execute its own long-term acquisition strategy. In this capacity, he was personally involved in and negotiated every element of the deal process while acquiring businesses for NovaCare.

Paul has published many articles on the healthcare M&A process, routinely speaks at healthcare trade association national conferences, and has been involved in hundreds of healthcare transactions and valuations.

Paul Martin has a track record of success:  In 1985, he led the nation in Division Three in rushing as fullback at Gettysburg College.  In 1999, Paul competed and finished the Hawaii Ironman.  This type of drive and desire to succeed is brought into every transaction, and will lead you to a successful exit strategy.

The Martin Transaction Process Model

This experience is the foundation on which Martin Acquisitions Group’s execution-focused, four-phase Transaction Process Model is based.
